Can enterprise contracts be uploaded in bulk?

Hello,

Not sure if this the correct forum, but I was wondering if Oracle allows enteprise contracts to be uploaded in bulk. I currently have a few million files/lines that will be needed for uploading but cannot do this manually. Wondering if a bulk upload is possible? Thank you
