Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. after saving Work Order operation unable to enter the operation time it showing grayout

Dear all,

can you please help me how to enter another operation with time once after save.

1. Work order creation

2. entered operation 10 and required columns i.e., Resource, assigned, time duration then saved in draft

3. edit work order> adding another operation unable to add the time duration
