Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Simple question: is $COMMON_TOP editioned, yes or no ?

That is, editioned, as in : the content is doubled, and there is an active (Run), and a non-active (Patch) one.

Additional question: isn't EVERYTHING in "fs1" and "fs2" editioned ? Are there exceptions ?
