Activity Guide Context Data Using Translate Value

We are on HCM 9.2.46 with Tools 8.59.15

Has anyone been able to use the XLAT Value XLATLONGNAME in Context Data in Activity Guides. I have a need to include MILITARY_STATUS from the PERSONAL_DATA record and it is returning the single character value such as 'Z'. I need it to show the full value, 'Not a Protected Veteran'.
