Windows Database Jul 2023 security patch (35348034) conflicts

We are running Oracle Enterprise Database version 19.19.0.0.0; with the Apr patches applied.

This is installation is on Windows Server 2022.

My conflict checker is telling me it is in conflict with the last patch:

Aug 16, 2023 9:25:41 AM] [INFO]  Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOHWithDetail" failed.

[Aug 16, 2023 9:25:41 AM] [INFO]  The details are:

                  Reason - 

                  Superset Patch 35348034 has 

                  Subset Patch 35046439 which has overlay patches [35261302,35050341] and these overlay patches conflict with Superset Patch

                   

                  OPatch recommends any one of the following actions

                   - Please rebuild the superset patch to make sure it supersedes all the relevent patch(es) which are conflicting.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
