How can I check GST return filed or not by vendor before making payment in oracle apps r12

Hi All,

We have requirement to check if our vendor has filed GST returns or not to pay GST amount on invoices, will put GST amount on hold if GST is not filed by the vendor.

Is there any functionality or APIs to check if vendor has filed GST returns or not? going to GST portal.?
