Cleaning up F4611

We are using JDEdwards 9.2.7.2

My question: Is there a way to clean out/delete pick suggestions that were created but for some reason the order was fully picked. For ex. we have several picks for like 1#-3#. I'm not sure why they didn't get picked but the SO is closed and ship confirmed but still has a suggestion. Is there a way to clean these up without an SQL?
