Error: "essbase\modules\oracle.essbase.datadirect.odbc\7.1.6\other-drivers.classes.jsa doesn't exist

Hi,

I'm installing Essbase 21c (downloaded V1018529-01 21.3 from e-delivery).

Installed and patched Fusion Middleware - no issues

After clicking the install screen, I get this error.

"Encountered error: java.lang.Exception: oracle.sysman.oii.oiif.oiifb.OiifbEndIterateException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\essbase\modules\oracle.essbase.datadirect.odbc\7.1.6\other-drivers\osc\jre\bin\server\classes.jsa (The system cannot find the file specified)"

I've installed Essbase numerous times before and never come across this.

What is causing this?

I can see that the classes.jsa file it's mentioning doesn't exist in that Essbase folder.
