Single Point of Entry for Cloud

We just went live with using Unifier for the Cloud after spending 10 years as a self-hosted client. I have to say I am a bit concerned with the "Single point of entry" from the portal to all three of our Unifier applications (Stage, Test and Prod). When managing partner companies to managing users, I am concerned that we can easily add a "Test" company to Prod or a "real" user to Stage and/or Test. I'd be curious to see if anyone else shares these concerns or has experienced any issues with managing partners/users through this single
