What Oracle Advanced Security profile configs are required for TDE to be implemented

Oracle DBEE 11.2.0.4 (64-Bit) on Windows Server 2016

Reading and following "Oracle Database Advanced Security Admin Guide"

I have created the new Oracle Wallet for TDE implementation using Oracle Wallet Manager.

I have also opened the encryption Wallet and specified it's location in the sqlnet.ora file

I have also created a Certificate Request but not sure if I need to use one to implement tablespace TDE.

I am seeking advice and guidance with the Oracle Advanced Security profile configuration in Oracle net Manager. What configurations are required in order for tablespace TDE functionality to work as designed?
