EBS R12.2 on ExaCS DB only cloning then repatching fails

In the RapidWiz cloning document, a DB only (DB refresh) option is available.

Use case: In either a cross-platform migration or normal project development, there is a need to refresh an adop patched EBS database from a non-patched production source. For instance, for a long project, the system is patched at the beginning, during the project but before cutover UAT testing needs to be done with current data.

In 12.1, we refreshed the DB then used adpatch to apply only the DB portion and we were done.

With 12.2, when we refresh the DB and do ADOP prepare to repatch, it fails, probably because we lost the DB editions in the refresh from Prod. But the RapidWiz cloning doc supports DB only clone, which would always break our EBS system from ADOP patching.
