Integrated Master schedule and sub vendor schedules, best approach in OPC?
Hello,
I want to hear more about other OPC users approach to integrating a Master Schedule with multiple sub schedules that will be updated by various vendors during project execution.
Since OPC is limited to opening 1 Project ID, unlike P6, so far I'm bringing multiple schedules into Program and adding logic ties between them. However, I can not export the Program Master schedule which does not work for my organization.
So, let's say the GC provides an updated construction schedule and I want to update my Integrated Program Master schedule...what steps have you taken to update the Master Integrated Schedule?
