SQL Workshop | SQL Commands: the result set downloads as summary rather than detail

EE 19.15, APEX 19.1, with plain vanilla instances.

Using the sample instance available in the APEX.oracle.com sandbox, navigate to the SQL Workshop | SQL Commands. For this example, I used "select * from all_users fetch first 6 rows only". This query returned the expected details to the Results tab. On site, regrettably, the query first brings up a frame that prompts for things like number of rows to be returned, and confirms the user wants to run a query. There are two radio buttons to select either a summary or details. Okay, we choose details, then Run, and the result set is displayed.
