EPM Foundation 11.2.12

Upgrading Opatch (java -jar .../6880880/opatch_generic.jar -silent oracle_home=$ORACLE_HOME) on the OHS Oracle Home (ORACLE_HOME=/../.../ohs), the Java command consistently ends with:

Post Feature installing oracle.glcm.oplan.core.classpath

The install operation failed.

Opatch is updated correctly though, but th command consistently ends with the error as mentioned.

In the Weblogic Oracle Home, the SAME command consistently ends with a line referring to success.

On looking for what is wrong, there are references to this issue ... but just in the WLS Oracle Home ... which is just not what we have.
