looking for option to create ground schedule shipment

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Requirement is ground schedule will be created for 6 days a week.

User wants to have shipment and order release already created and planned, driver and power unit should be auto assigned as there is only one driver/power unit which will be used to delivery material from A to B and back to A location. This shipment should to be triggered to mobile APP every morning.

Let me know options to achieved this.
