REST Web Service WADL URL is not getting changed to target instance after cloning

Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.4

Recently we have completed cloning of our production instance. We have a custom PL/SQL API as REST web service. From Integrated Repository the status is showing deployed. But the WADL url is not getting update with the target system after cloning.

Please suggest how to achieve this.
