how to solve oracle ADDM report output time period is 8hours behind from what i gave in input.

For example: I put on comparison period

begin time : Aug 20, 2023 2:45:00 PM

end time: Aug 20, 2023 3:45:00 PM

For base period:

begin time : Aug 19, 2023 2:45:00 PM

end time: Aug 19, 2023 3:45:00 PM

But the output report come out like:

Base:

begin time : Aug 19, 2023 6:45:00 AM

end time: Aug 19, 2023 7:45:00 AM

Comparison:

begin time : Aug 20, 2023 6:45:00 AM

end time: Aug 20, 2023 7:45:00 AM
