Function "OKS_REN_RENEW" and "Renew Header" are same or different?

Oracle Service Contracts EBS R12.2.12

we were checking the new release functionality and noticed that Function "OKS_REN_RENEW" is not available however, we see somewhat similar i.e "Renew Header" 

Hence, wanted to know if both are same or different.
