Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

i'm trying to voucher match a receipt that has been done with value equal to 160.15 £

The voucher i got is showing 0£ - so i have to set 0£ instead of 160.15£. However when i try to set 0£ the system automatically put back 160.15£

Anyone knows how i can voucher match with 0£ ?
