Change the RTP EVENTS duration

Hello guys,

Can we change the RTP EVENTS duration ?

The dtmf are not recognized by purecloud edge servers sometimes.

When we are receiving from the provider RTP events with duration of 800 ms are not recognized but with higher duration are. So we are thinking that if we can increase it will solve our issue.

It is possible to change the duration of them when we receive and fwd ?
