Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What to do if August Prepayment is missing from the value list for rollback?

Version 19.18.0.0.0

We are trying to rollback the prepayment so we can rerun after corrections are made but the prepayment for August is not on the value list.
