Having issues with Migrated Workcenters (N/A Payroll, and Custom)

HCM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.58.10, PUM 45 full install

Performed migration of Workcenter Configuration using the Data Migration Workbench.

(Payroll from Demo to Dev, tweaked, then moved to Test. Custom one, built in Dev)

All Navigation the Users have access to without WC. (Standard navigation)

Also went into Enterprise Components | Workcenters/Dashboards | Configure Pagelets and Activated Settings on all pages.

When users log in and display the WorkCenter, they only see "Task Panel" which is completely blank.

I opened an SR on this, and worked through with the analyst, the p[roper method of migrating WC, with the same result. It was suggested that I ask the "Oracle Experts/Community" to see if they had any possible solutions.
