Smart View error : /Local/ESSBASE0///8340/Error(1051742) Essbase user Authentication by token Fails

Essbase user Authentication by Token Fails against the Shared Services Server with Error [EPMCSS-00301: Failed to authenticate user. Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials.]

Our users are getting above error when they try to connect through smart View. No issues to login to workspace or running a report or Web form.

We see this issue only in DV environment. When I checked security Filters from EAS(Essbase Server---> Applications---> Security---> Users) I see only Native users and very few MSAD users.

When I tried to refresh security filters from workspace I see below error message:

Failed to create Security Filters for the following users (listed all users except few above mentioned users).
