ePerformance Template Definitions unable to configure using TABs

In the, PeopleSoft HCM Update Image 46, I noticed in the Template Definitions - General configurations the 'display type' option for 'Default Tabs' or 'Tab Only' are not functioning correctly. Is the display type option for 'Tabs' not available with Image 46?
