Product version 9.2 and tools version 8.59 - Image 45

I have couple of question on Lease assets, We are working implementation of Leased asset based on IFRS 16. Maintenance of Payable Leased asset without integrating with AP and no Straight-line accounting , as there is separate invoice processing for AP

Could you please let me if putting asset to Terminate will it retire the asset automatically? I tried terminating the lease , but asset was not retired , also i dont see option to manually retire them.

Please suggest options to have Lease incentive , i dont see how it can be added


Also about monthly calculation on lease obligation
