Facing issues with installation of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2

I have installed prerequisites:

1) Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c Infrastructure 12.2.1.3.0

2) Oracle Database Client 12c

3) JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2

As a part of step 3 installation, there are two softwares to be installed. While Installing Oracle Database Engine, I am facing issue where installation fails with "ERROR!!!  The command failed with error 1.". Have attached logs of installation with Name: Error.txt

And am unable to proceed with Enterprise E920 standalone client creation as it fails. Attaching screenshot with name StandaloneclientError for reference.


Need help in resolving this issue . Thanks.
