Create Accounting - Payables is having performance issue

Release: 12.2.10

The Create Accounting program for Payables has been running for a longer time in the recent times.

Recently on 08/21/2023, the program ran for more than 14 hrs. to process 1M records. It was not taking long time before we schedule the program from Automic.

From the trace, tkprof & SQL advisory, we found the below sql ids are taking long time to process.

 SQL advisory suggested sql profile for two sql ids and created the sql profile tuning tasks 'dq57wyfzx051a_tuning_task1' and '8pzq52nb4tvax_tuning_task1'. We applied it in PROD and still encountering the performance issue.
