Product version 9.2 and tools version 8.59 - Image 45

I have few more questions following to previous discussion on same topic 

Implementation of Leased asset based on IFRS 16. Maintenance of Payable Leased asset without integrating with AP and no Straight-line accounting.

This step (Generate straight-line schedule process) is required only when we need to send entries to GL - . Lease Administration > Integrations > Generate Straight Line schedule. In my case i can skip them i believe as i dont integrate with GL

Also Could you please help me with Lease incentive , i dont get that option in drop down

And with Lease obligation , i would like to understand how the monthly payments get calculated . overall present value of payment is calculated using formula - P*1-(1+r)^-n/r
