Mobile Push notification works only for appointment right? and it doesn't work all the time, why?

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

Greetings All,

The only mobile push notification working this time is appointment notification right? If there is anyone who can get Lead, Opportunity or SR notification please let you share us.

And the Appointment notification is not working all the time in my side, can you please let me know if there are conditions in which the mobile push notification for the mobile app doesn't work?
