Why changed data entered in W4 ESS fails to update live tables when approved and processed?

HCM

We use WebCenter Portal to access our ESS. Lately, few employees W4 changes does not flow to live tables for payroll to pick up during processing. We can see these records using P085303W/F085303W where they get approved and processed. Live tables F053030, F06017 and F060116 fail to update with the changes.
