DebugRJVMIssue: got Dead RJVM in the RJVM table - javax.transaction.SystemException: SubCoordinator

Weblogic 14.1.1

After recreation of Weblogic domain we get following errors for some managed servers in Weblogic cluster

DebugRJVMIssue: got Dead RJVM in the RJVM table. (JVMID -5514788772344268410S:server::inetAddress=server) This should never happens, So removing it from table and returning null as resiliency

This leads to SubCoordinator errors in transactions between managed servers - failing with error

Caused by: javax.transaction.SystemException: SubCoordinator 'server:port' not available

        at weblogic.transaction.internal.TransactionImpl.abort(TransactionImpl.java:1313)

        at weblogic.transaction.internal.ServerSCInfo.startPrePrepareAndChain(ServerSCInfo.java:175)

        at weblogic.transaction.internal.ServerSCInfo.startPrePrepareAndChain(ServerSCInfo.java:161)

        at weblogic.transaction.internal.ServerTransactionImpl.localPrePrepareAndChain(ServerTransactionImpl.java:1677)
