Is there a way to request enhancements to Oracle for the SBC platform?

Its only minor, but would be useful if in the Fraud Protection xml file, there was a field for 'Description' At the moment I am having to keep a seperate file that lists why a number has been added. And as we have 6K+ numbers ......
