Solaris 11 Sun T52 server getting defect.sunos.smf.svc.maintenance

Hi Oracle Community,

I would like to seek some advise on how to fix the following fault on fmadm. The server is Solaris 11 T52 server with a couple of ldoms running on it. Thanks in advance for any help.
