How to create a child batch using gme_api_pub.create_batch ?

Dear Experts,

We have created below two batches using API gme_api_pub.create_batch.

C416307459 (for FG Item)

D416307459 (for WIP Item)

In these, D416307459 is a child batch and should have reference of parent batch C416307459. How to achieve this? Currently D416307459 is not having any parent batch reference.
