Is there a pre payroll calculation report similar to the Vertex Before and After report?

We are upgrading to R23 and I have DBAs that are not calculating. I've checked all setups, including the Control File F0709. Not sure where else to look. I thought that if a control report existed similar to the Vertex B/A report I might be able to identify if the DBAs were calculating but not generating into the temp file.
