Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Please let me know if anyone has any inputs on how to configure a Voluntary Child Life Insurance in PeopleSoft with the below criteria?

Rates would be defined as below

0.15/month – Birth to 6 months

$1.50/month – Children over 6 months of age
