After Migrating On-Premises Oracle Database to Oracle Cloud Using Data Pump users getting ORA-01017

Hi There,

We successfully migrated from on-premise Oracle Version 19.8.0.0 to OCI version 19.19.0.0 using Oracle Datapump.

The problem is when users try to login OCI database they are getting ORA-01017 invalid username/password login denied.

After changing their password they are able to login.

Could someone advice why this behavior.
