Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle table statistics are Stale(locked) for many of the tables in Oracle 19c.

Oracle table statistics are Stale(locked) for many of the tables in Oracle 19c.

As a temporary solution , unlocked all table stats & ran gather table stats for all the stats unlocked tables.

Please let me know the reason for this behaviour . Due to this, gather table stats are not happening, it will indirectly impacts DB performance.
