Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

i have a question regarding Backorder Release Batch R42118.

As you can see below - i raised an order on the 32130032 CST location for 3 quantity that went on backorder and are hard committed.

Today i received on the same location 3 quantity

I expected to have the order released since now we have stock in that location, but is not happening. Anyone knows why or what i can check ?
