How to restrict visibility of bank accounts belonging to other entities

We are implementing Oracle fusion where there is single ledger with 6 legal entities and 6 Business units, each having single BSV. In cash management module, all the users can view the bank account belonging to other entities of entire instance. (There are multiple entities on the instance for whom fusion is already implemented) However they should be able to view bank accounts pertaining to their own legal entity.

Goal: To restrict the visibility of bank accounts belonging to other legal entities.
