Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. I have an OE db v 19.3.0.0 on a linux 86-64 server.

I need to patch it to the latest possible version -- which I believe is 19.9.x

I need to make sure apex can talk to the S3 bucket using DBMS_CLOUD procedure.

Do I download the PSU for 19.3 or 19.9.x & if so, which one???

clearly stumped.
