Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. No Charges have been generated. The required Setups/Profiles in Advanced Pricing are not defined

Hello,

In LCM I am receiving the below error at the time of Generation Charges:

No Charges have been generated. Possible cause: The required Setups/Profiles in Advanced Pricing are not defined.

Scenario: Pre-Receiving

The functional Currency of the Primary Ledger is MXN
There are 2 Modifiers created. 1 in MXN and the other in USD
We created a PO in MXN and the other PO in USD. Both PO's are approved
The idea is when the MXN shipment is received, LCM triggers the MXN modifier and triggers the USD modifier when the USD Shipment is received
All profile options are set up per user guide.
