PKI-02003: Unable to load the wallet at: F:\oracle\product\19.3.0\dbhome_1/client_wallet (detail = oracle.security.cryp to.core.CipherException: Invalid padding string (or incorrect password) )


Before this, we can create the wallet using the same command. I want to ask if I need to change the password to remove the special character. When I use the same password to log in Oracle Wallet Manager, the password can be used.
