Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) Usage in Oracle Projects

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are using Oracle EBS version 12.2.9. We are using multiple modules in EBS. I am trying to get Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) working with Oracle Projects. We have completed the setups for ISG and it is being used successfully in other modules. However, in every example of our ISG implementation, we have created custom API wrappers that are called. We have not been able to get ISG to call a standard Oracle provided integration. I'm trying to use the "Open Interface : PRC: Transaction Import" that is provided by Oracle Project Costing.
