siebel 23.6 dbsrvr installation wizard is distorted

Hi

Trying to install 23.6 in suse 15.

I could install ses/ai without any issue SMC is coming up.

However when i am trying config.sh -mode dbsrvr the wizard is distorted and teh text are not visible I can see the outline of the wizard ,the button,field browse names are not coming properly. the text are invisible.


Any idea wat to do here. Other siebel server installation wizard is proper.
