JDE log file size and debug log size on SM showing not available for Security Kernel

Hello,

TR-9.2.5.6, AR-9.2, DB2 as400.

After IPL and data refresh of PY only crpdta and crpctl , when services gets up of development machine in which DV and PY is there , when seen on SM for Process Details and found the JDE log file size and debug log size is not showing its appearing Not Available . Please find the screen shot.

We are able to login to the dv and PY environment.

Please provide the guide line for this
