Applying ODA patch update ASM and DB instance

We have ODA version 19.6. If we apply the ODA server patch - p32351355_1910000, this patch will update the following based on the document.

1. DCS admin, DCS components, DCS agent

2. Grid infrastructure home

3. Storage

4. RDBMS home

My question here is after applying the above ODA server patch, will this patch update the ASM instance and Database instance to the version - 19.10?
