Upgrade Deployment server

Hello,


We are planning to upgrade JD-Edwards deployment server from windows 2016 to Windows 2019 on a new server, we are on TR 9.2.5.5 and the current version of local oracle DB on Deployment server is 12.1.0.2, the new server we will install 19.0.0.0 which is certified for both TR 9.2.5.0 and 9.2.7.0.

In this case is it possible to detach and attach the DB from old server to the new one and what is the best practice to upgrade the deployment server OS, and DB.
