Siebel Test automation feature not working as expected

Dear community,

I have setup and configure Siebel Test Automation using the link "Executing the Automation Batch Run (oracle.com)" .

I am able to run the job but I see a weired behavior that Old jobs which are in "Scheduled" getting picked and executed successfuly.

Where as the new ones which created today are not being picked up by Jenkins and gives this error. 

INFO :: RUN-ID :  is Picked.
ERROR:: REST GET Call response does not contain valid RUN-ID :: 
ERROR :: No valid RUN-ID found. Process will exit.

I checked in Support pages (For example : Document Display (oracle.com)) , Nothing seems to be working or invalid. Looks like issue seems to be with the timestamp of the job. How to fix this ? Any solutions please ?
