Oracle EBS 12.10

Costing Method is Average.

Material Overhead of 4.5% was defined for buy items. Now business has changed the material overhead to 1.5% for buy items. But till Mat Overhead applied is 4.5% for receipt against PO.

How new material can be applied to new transaction?
